Omission of info and negligence from deale

I was only going to mention my recent mishap with the car that i bought appr 8 months ago but I might as well mention it all after the appalling service or lack thereof from both the salesman and manager of the dealership.
When I bought the car in Dec 2012 it was delivered late, dirty and without gas. I called to chase up its whereabouts and request a refund for petrol.
I've recently had a puncture and had to change the tyre. The car came with rims as an extra and I was not told that when removing rims, they should either come off with the plastic or that I should remove the plastic. The plastic that comes on the rim was not removed and the spare fitted onto that. This, over time, caused the nuts/bolts (ons) to come off and the wheel studs connected to the wheel disc to break. The wheel almost came off whilst I was driving and had to get towed. The salesman omitted to tell me how to fit the spare as these were not standard wheels but rims I should have been told on the precautions to take when fitting the wheel. Over and above why would a demo car break in a such a short period of time. Was I sold a faulty car and not told. I want this fixed as its a danger to my life.
