Appalling service, 'runaround', failure to delive

We agreed to purchase a second-hand Kia Picanto to replace my mother's vehicle, written off in a serious accident 1wk previously. We had serious time constraints having travelled from Cape Town to deal with the issues. Mr Banda, salesman, promised a quick turnaround time. We requested an invoice to complete a cash transaction. This included about R20 000 of 'optional extras' e.g. motor plan which we did not want so we asked for another invoice which was promised but failed to materialise. We had to keep calling about the progress of vehicle preparation. Then other docs required - emailed - no response. Multiple phone calls, multiple promises, multiple messages, repeated communication problems, unanswered or unreturned calls. We wasted 10 days trying to complete a cash transaction with an evasive runaround. I am left with the impression that Mike Steyn did not really want to sell to us?? I still don't understand why the dreadful service. I have wasted 10 precious days to solve a major problem for my recovering mother who still does not have a car. Why the repeated promises? The branch seems mismanaged. There is a serious failure to deliver. I have cancelled the purchase!
