Worst salesman service ever received

We bought two company vehicles from this Williams Hunt branch in Pretoria, and I dealt specifically with Morne Blaauw. He made many promises and everything that was required was provided by me. I confirmed the finance with him, and also confirmed that we would take delivery of the first vehicle more than 3 days before we did in order for him to get it all done before we go to collect, however, he absolutely did not get anything done as promised and on the morning that I arrived to collect the first vehicle, he only started to get the vehicle ready and only sent the invoice to the bank that morning for them to draw up a contract. Then I had to wait for 5 hours for the contract to be drawn up as the Stannic Finance normal turn around time for such a contract is 3 to 5 hours. This would have been fine had he sent the contract to Stannic the day or two before as promised. He even made a wise remark and said that Stannic is taking too long as it takes other banks five minutes. But on the other hand as was the case with the second vehicle the week thereafter as well, it takes him 1 to 2 whole days just to get and invoice for a vehicle sent to the bank. We will NEVER support them again.
