I am terribly disappointed and disgusted at the treatment I received from Honda Auto Bedfordview. I took my car in on 02/07/2013 to replace the clutch kit on my vehicle. It took 2 days just to get authorization. When I phoned at the end of the 3rd day, I was assured that the repairs on my car was complete & all they needed to do was test drive my car. On the 4th day I had to call to find out what was happening. I explained that I had urgent meetings to attend, which I had put off all week. I was assured that everything was in order & they would send a driver out to pick me up from work, as my meeting was at 1pm. Having been stressed out about my car all week, I received a call at 12pm saying that the service manager had refused their driver to pick me up as Cresta was too far (under 30km's), and they had other clients to pick up. Am i not a client too?! Or was I less important than the other clients? In tears, and with no one to assist me on Friday, and was forced to take a taxi to get my car. I am disgusted with the treatment I received. I will never bring my car back to Honda Auto Bedfordview after being treated this way, nor will i recommend that anyone go there.
