Imagine my surprise when I received a quote for a brand new Mercedes Benz B200, with all the bells and whistles, which was significantly lower than the quotes I'd received for similar vehicles manufactured by their Korean counterparts. Imagine my joy when I realised it included a 6-year full service & maintenance plan and warranty. Imagine how wonderful it was to take delivery of a car with a tank full of petrol, a boot full of goodies, and an unexpected complimentary smash-n-grab tint applied to all 4 windows. Well done Mercedes Benz! And very well done Morgan at the Culemborg dealership! It is sadly so very rare to receive good service, let alone exceptional, informed and generous service. I've driven my new vehicle for a week now - it's comfortable, fuel-efficient, responsive and very beautiful :) I am a happy customer and I will go out of my way to tell everyone, in the hope that Morgan receives another "Best Salesperson" certificate, to go next to the one already on his cubicle wall.
