Had my car in for a small service on 4/7/2013. Firstly without my permission my details were given to their sales department and a company fixing windscreens, which surely should be against the Consumer protection act?
I got some quotes for additional work needed on my car, which was really over priced compared to another quote I got. Also I received quotes with another person's name on which gives a very unprofessional impression.
My car needed to stay in the following day for a small fix that some sort of expert needed to do which was already inconvenient. After being promised that I will be phoned as soon as it is done by 2pm I needed to phone them only to hear that the drivers can't come and fetch me at my chosen time. When I queried I heard the car was done by 11am. Surely if the person responsible arranged when the car was done I would not have wasted an hour in traffic.
Finally to top things off the driver drove at a 100km an hour down Rivonia Road, revving the car almost into the red, multiple times hooting at anyone deemed going to slow and speeding past many a traffic camera. Probably need to charge more than usual to make up all the traffic fines! Not going back here
