ABSA has an appaling service and a bad attitude

On Saturday 7th Sep 2013 at 10h00 went to the absa new redruth branch to withdraw the funds in the flexi reserve on the home loan account. I was assisted by a consultant Nathaniel Makwakwa who has a very bad attitude and told me upfront that the application is not going to be approved as my ID is old, not sure what that means. He told me the feedback shall be available after 48 hours. He called the manger by the name of Klenjie Britz who had the same appalling attitude. I went to the branch on Monday and spoke to the manager Magda Du Toit who was helpful and explained the process and promised to give me a call after 48 hours. I went back on Wednesday after 48 hours and still no response, I called again after 72 hours that was on thursday and still nothing has been done. I am extremely frustrated as I need to access those funds asap. I need absa to spped up the process and give me feedback before the end of business today, friday the 13th.
