WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE FROM RRN REMOVALS

I just want to warn people about RRN Removals. They couldn't keep the pickup date so I had to make alternative arrangements for the pickup. They came late on the day of delivery so everything was chaos. They broke my TV stand. After a very bad attitude they took it to repair it. How do you repair a smashed tv stand? They broke off feet from my tumble dryer and chest of drawers. etc. etc. Now they have a bad attitude. I have to take off work so that they can drop the tv stand off. They refuse to fix or replace the broken feet on the tumble dryer and chest of drawers. And now the owner yells at me that I didn't have insurance. I had the normal insurance that was marked on the quote for a certain amount. The owner is rude and expect the client to bend over backwards. He just yelled and screamed they will drop it off on my lawn. How is this even considered as service? This after they begged me to accept their quote. And they are paid in full. Be careful when you use them!
