Christo's Removals and Storage
No delivery, No backup plan, No interest

On 1 Sept, Christo Removals was meant to move us to our new home. We confirmed 4 times and paid in full upfront. On the morning of the move, the truck was late, when we called to enquire, we were told to RELAX I'm sure the truck is on its way. Another hour later, we called again and was then informed that their truck broke down and they cannot help us at all and didn't even try to assist. To top it off they still had a bad attitude with my husband! The new tenants were there with their truck and furniture to move into our old place. we had to rush around and make plans to get our stuff to the new house.
I then asked for a full refund which I was entitled to, considering I had to fork out more money to make last minute arrangements. When the money came through, Christo removals held back money to cover bank charges that they would incur!!! can you believe it!!
