From date of purchase of a brand new chev sonic we had endless priblems with the gearbox and other components of the vehicle. Regardless of the amount of time it was sent to the dealership our complaint was handled unproffessionally. 11 months later they still have not rectified the problem!!!
We were told yesterday the car cannot be fixed and a new car will be given at our cost!!! We put a 40000 deposit which means nothing to these corrupt peopl let alone 6000 cash paid for tint and auto armour which they ignored!
Plus we paid 11 months instalments for a car that spent 80% time at the dealership.
GM SA has no customer ethics and they lack integrity!!!
