My Mazda 3 was making a strange noise on pull odd as i turned the steering wheel so i took it to Park Auto to have it checked out on 11 June 2013. i was later called by the dealership and told that the engine mounting needed to be replaced and i would be charged for it. i asked why this was as the vehicle was still under warranty and i then called the Mazda customer careline and spoke to a man named Pheneas. He spoke to the dealership and i was told it would be covered by the warranty.
I was told the car was fixed and to pick it up on 14 June 2013 which i did only to find that it had still not been properly fixed. I took the vehicle back and the staff at park auto where condescending and non apologetic about the fact that they had not fixed the car. as a result gthe car has been at the workshop for a almost a week now as Mazda took their time in issuing the authorisation to fix the correct faulty part and i have to wait till the following week to get the car fixed.
The service is appalling and i am disgusted at your customer care unit as well as the level of professionalism of your staff at the dealership.
