I went into Toyota arcadia at 13:00 to purchase a tappet cover gasket. I was helped by Abraham. He did not know what was happening at all. He advised me that they have installed new system and does not know how to work the system as yet. He was actually answering the telephones and assiting people that were standing behine me. Then he tells me that they dont have the part in stock and i need to pay him and he will give me an invoice and i need to collect the part at princes street. He did not know what the he was doing. He was walking around assisting other customers whilst i am standing right in forn of his face. MOST PATHETIC SERVCE EVER RECEIVED... MORE LIKE EVERYTHING KEEPS GOING WRONG.I only managed to get and invoice at 15:00.
