SCOOTER NOT REPAIRED UNDER 2 YEAR WARRANTY

I purchased a Jonway Naked Ballistic 150CC scooter in March 2012. It's supposed to come with a 2 year warranty. From the start the clocks didn't work. Then the repairs started only 2 months after purchase. May 2012, having to have a new Clutch assy fitted - under warranty. Then in June 2012 the new clocks arrived & was fitted - under warranty. August 2012 a new Syphon Pipe was ordered, but never arrived (still has not arrived to date) but the worste-a new Cylinder head, steel top gasket, tappet cover gasket & exhaust gasket had to be fitted - under warranty. October 2012 arrived & I had to have a new Tuffex exhaust fitted, which I paid for, because the exhaust had fallen off completely. Then November 2012 a broken stud from the cylinder had to be removed & a new stud fitted & the exhaust had to be secured again - I paid. Then March 2013 they had to refit the exhaust & insert a new exhaust stud - I paid. Then only 3 DAYS later, the Cylinder Head, Tappet Cover, Tappet Cover Gasket, Exhaust Gasket needed to be fitted AGAIN but now Jonway are not prepared to cover it under the 2 year warranty!!! That's SERVICE for you!!! I will NEVER purchase a Jonway again!
