Kia Menlyn
No response on progress after 3 weeks

My Kia Sportage is in for service and problem with idle once you put it in Drive. It is now 3 weeks later and still no reply, nobody phone you back to tell whats happening, no one reply to your emails or phone calls. It is my company vehicle.
