Keep on sending them emails to help me correct a problem or come to a solution, WHEN they do reply its of no
help, i reply again and then like usual wait for ever (meaning weeks) for a reply thats of o help, in the meantime you pay for internet usage that cant be used? I eventually asked them in two different emails to terminate my services. They ignore the request and still try and solve a problem thats 3 weeks old?? Dont they read the customers emails properly or do they just ignore you or just plain incapable of doing a job properly??
