Smart Removals
Poor Service

I moved up from Durbanville to Knysna. I organized to moving of my stuff with Smart Removals. The delivery date was 20 January 2014. After been told that my household items would only be delivered on Tuesday (21 January) I had to contact the Smart Removals to check when the delivery would take place. I was told that my goods did not get put on the delivery truck and that they would only be moved on Friday (24 January) at the earliest.
Such service is unacceptable. I am appalled at the level of service i have recieved.
