Purchased two new Fords from Ford & Mazda Stanger - Ford KUSA and Ford Transit - over R571000 in total excluding finance charges!!! Both vehicles have problems and we have had to email and call and sms over last two weeks and we are treated badly and are labelled as "intolerant". Once the sale was done they simply washed their hands of us. Problems are - Aircon problem in KUGA - they loaned us a Ford Figo and there was no apology for the fault on new vehicle. We took vehicle to aircon place ourselves and still await report from Ford Stanger!!! They act like we have inconvenienced them but they sold us two vehicles with bad faults. The Transit has a stability error, Bluetooth and sync not working - can't hear people that call us, and KUSA licensed in wrong name. KUGA not set up correctly - shows incorrect fuel consumption & they never gave us an overview on features of vehicles - still waiting for this. They also tried to our introductory fee when we introduced a client to buy a new kuga from them. How can they sell us new vehicles and when these vehicle exhibit problems act like we are at fault!!! We expect better service than this!
