I would like to highlight my disappointment on the servicelack thereof I was given on Saturday.
Firstly: My booking was confirmed for 08:00am on Saturday the 29th of June but transport only arrived at 14:25 (6 hours later)
Secondly: I called Abel (The fleet Manager) after 08:00am to find out by when I should expect them to arrive at my place but instead, he sms'd me the Amos's (The driver) cell phone number and asked me to communicate with him.
Thirdly: I kept on trying to get hold of the driver and his phone just rang without any answer.
I kept on trying to get hold of Abel "The fleet Manager" but he started to ignore my calls.
The final straw: As per e-mail trail below a 4 ton truck and for laborer's were promised but instead 2 guys and a driver showed up in a 1 ton bakkie and the driver turned out not be Amos but possibly someone they decided to use to move my furniture.

To be honest, I think you don't value your clients as you don't stick to your schedule and you also don't deliver what you promised and I will do all I can to give your company a negative review. The least that should have been done was to give me a courtesy call to let me know what the delay is.
