After making a booking on Wednesday for a service, I arrived at the Randburg dealership and was asked how I would pay for my service. I showed Claude my extended service and my car was accepted. However, at 9am I received a call to say that they would not service my car as the extended service was not on their computer. I asked Claude who I could contact and was told nobody as it takes 48 hours to load so they could only service my car on Tuesday. I then contacted Toyota SA to sort this out and was passed from person to person as no one seemed to be able to actually solve my problem. As I renewed the policy in 2010 I struggle to see how it can take 2.5 years to load onto the system.

I finally reached a very helpful man named Godfrey who tried to solve my problem and eventually handed the problem over to Anton, the service manager, and Nosipho, innovation claims department. I was told they would contact me. At about 12 I received a call from Claude to find out why I had not collected my car as they would not service it that day. I explained that I was waiting for feedback about the issue but he was fairly rude about the issue so I collected my car. I am extremely unimpressed!
