Dont buy your air time from Douglasdale

On Saturday the 14 th of December I asked my girlfriend to purchase R150-00 rands worth of Telcom mobile air time. The lady at the till point made a mistake. I later found the time to go back to Douglasdale Pick n Pay to correct the mistake. I was told my the manager Claude that the air time could not be exchanged they would have to sell the air time first then they could refund us the cash. I was really taken back by the statement and could not argue as Claude called one of the staff and told her to take my name and the lady would phone me when the air time was sold. It is now Sunday the 15th and still no phone call. My partner average spend at the Pick n Pay Douglasdale is R 4500.00. Well done Claude you have just lost a customer.
