Poor response, unprofessional conduct

My dealings with Toyota SA as well as the local branch has left a bad taste in my mouth. I recently bought a brand new Toyota Etios from the local dealership and have experienced several frustrations and problems, some of which still have not been resolved. The dealership has a very unprofessional attitude towards me in that they never contact me to resolve the matter, I always have to get in touch with them 7-10 days after they said they will resolve. The sales manager is now indirectly insinuating that I am not telling the truth about the particulars of a discussion I have had with Toyota SA. When I asked him to get a recording of the discussion from head office he ignores me and provides the dealership owner with inaccurate details of the matter. What frustrates and shocks me even more is that the dealership owner doesn't get involved to solve the problem, despite the complaint e-mails between myself and the sales manager.

I am utterly disgusted with the way I have been treated and in my 15 years experience in owning several service related businesses, I think I have earned the right to say that this is extremely unprofessional and not conducive to building a brand.
