Bad service

My Car was in for some panel beating work and repairs, it was with them for more than 3 months, after a lot of fighting with them and the insurance company I finally received my car back, I felt that the kludge was stiff but I thought it was because they put a new one in it got worse and I saw that there was clearly a problem. I phoned them more than 2 weeks ago to come and collect my car to fix their mess they still to this day have not came and collected my car. they always have an excuse of some sort why they can not collect or no one is available. There is a 2 year warrantee with their work and parts but when I initially phoned them to tell them something is wrong, they wanted to go through the insurance again, the insurance have nothing to do with this anymore they were paid out for their work so surely they must carry the costs on their poor workmanship. I just want them to collect my car and fix it properly.
