My motorcycle went in for repairs to Sean's panel shop in Diepriver as instructed by Quicksure. I went there numerous times to see the progress on the repairs, and was disappointed every time. I always kept in contact with the insurance, and kept telling them I was not happy. The work done on the Motorcycle, was very poor. The paint was bubbling, some parts were missing paint, the stickers were not put on straight and were not secured properly (coming loose). The bike was at the shop from May 2013 until 13 August 2013.There was more than enough time to do a proper job. On the 13th of August 2013, I contacted my insurance to find out what was going on, and they told me that the bike was done and I could fetch it. According to the consultant, the assessor and higher management at the insurance approved the work without consulting me. I then collected the bike and went straight home. I then inspected the bike, which I was very unhappy with. The paint work is not up to any standard, as well as the stickers that were placed. My back rim is scratched, some parts were not replaced as instructed. I have sent a letter to complain to the insurance. How can the insurance decide on my behalf that I'm happy
