Inspectacar
Damaged goods sold and poor customer service

Cars & Transport

I reported the car on the 16 April 2013 at 08:26 stating the faults on the car I recently purchased at inspecta car Centurion which was barely 7 days old and requested the faults to be attended to. The speedometer was faulty, the missing rubber on the top corner on the left side, airbag sign and a squeaky sound when turning then steering wheel. I had to follow up with the branch a few days after to come and collect the car and they delayed. The car was collected and only a reset of the following feature was done (airbag and speedometer sign). after that they brought back the car and promised to come and collect it within 7 days which didn't happened at all. I called them and mailed them and I got poor customer service from Mark Reddy. on Tuesday the 18 June I took the car to the dealer and they agreed to assist with the car before Friday 21 June 2013.

I had to call on Friday asking them when will they be able to deliver the car and they said it will be back by Wednesday 26 June 2013. when I called them on this day they told me I had to pay R12500.00 for steering wheel to be repaired and this happened all in 27 days when the car was purchased and it was reported on time to them.
