Rollback problem still occurs

I am doing this on behalf of my sister who bought a Captiva. Whenever the car is on steep it rollsback, and when it does that it cant go forward. This occurred 4 times, and fourth one recently, which is yesterday. It is a pity that she went to Makhado GM and 3 times without any success, no resolution, but a burden still with her on how she can get that resolved. So bad that I felt I should log this. It is annoying again to be driving a car and the car rolls back on the road, at least in those incidents no accident occurred. She is unable to get this resolved, she cant service it herself, GM South Africa must be able to assist her and listen to her plea before we take a decision on what to do next. I need GM to call her within 24 hours and listen to her plea, help her and commit as to what must happen when that happens again. What must she do? Remember this is last, she is tired of experiencing the same problem again and again as if she the car that buying it. She demands to be listened to, to be heard, to be helped, to be served as she is human, and have a right to do so. Please action this a soon as possible.
