Fai to provide or replace my battery

I just wanna thank the AA for responding to my complaint, I quess is was just to keep me quite, I received one call that said they busy investigating my query I still havent had any feed back since my last complaint my car is stil not starting because of the small battery they sold me I need this sorted out I dont know what to do anymore, Its almost like i was jsut called back to show people that uses hellopeter they do respond.
