Not fixing my vehicle!!

Well I had a small bumper bash on the 9/01/13 and the car drove for 4.5 days after that in which I had to take car in for a broken pipe on the power steering, which was not cut, but rather worn away over time by a bracket on the radiator and it is clear to the eye, ford Boksburg as well as Ford SA are saying its caused by the accident!! I'd take full responsibilty if it was cut, but it's clear that is wasn't!!

I also got sworn at like a dog by the above mentioned person which is meant to be a leader rather then a and got told to off out his workshop as he is not going to comit froud on my behalf!!
