I can't stomach the service I recieved

The moment a person purchases a vehicle for more than a 250k there is a certain amount of service you'd expect. Nothing prepared me for what I recieved yesterday. I purchased my MITO QV SPORT brand new last year October. From what I know it has a 6yr /90000km service plan and 6yr/1 50000km warranty. I called the dealer that I purchased the car from and explained my problem. I was booked in for Monday. The problem I get is that the right hand side door speaker crackles intermittenly, the bluetooth carkit doesn't function like it used to. I have installed a sub and amp that compliments the vehicle and was done proffesionally. It took the dealer 7 hours to tell me to uninstall the sound system, let alone that they didn't offer a lift to wherever I was going and no mention of a pick up from wherever I was. Not only was I livid with. When you make a purchase at a premium price you would expect premium not a "TUCK RUN BUSINESS " 7 hours later the vehicle was only washed. I HAVE WASTED TIME AND MONEY AND NO ONE IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS. I'D BE VERY HAPPY TO RETURN THE VEHICLE FOR A REFUND BECAUSE I DON'T THINK I CAN STOMACH THE DISGUSTING SERVICE I RECIEVED. I'M NOT HOLDING MY BREATH
