A year ago I took delivery of a brand new Alfa Romeo Mito. Having hassles with a new car is the last thing on anybody's mind. Exactly a year later I dread ever taking delivery of it. The vehicle is a dream to drive but the after service support is worst than a government hospital. In July I started experiencing problems with the Blue& Me system I was asked to bring it in. I took it in and from then on it was a. The car has been in more than 6 times and there has been no resolution. I have even left for more than 2 days at the dealership still no joy. The time, money and the kilometres I have spent going too and fro the dealership. I'm and had it with NMI I have entertained them for far to long. On Friday they had a choice resolving this issue once and for all but they opted not to. I've made a decision to resolve my problem and bill Alfa Romeo. The only call I'm willing to take is from management who will be deciding if settling this in or out of court.
