I am posting this today to convey my utmost disappointment in the Alfa brand and the people representing Alfa in South Africa. It has been a year & a half since the faults on my Giulietta QV has started and the issues have still not been resolved. My vehicle has spent the majority of its existence at various Alfa dealerships and or so called Technical Centers. Every time Alfa claims to have repaired my vehicle, they just make matters worse and create a new set of problems, failures and damages. The excitement and joy of owning a brand new, top of the range Alfa Romeo Giulietta QV has been replaced with feelings of anger and loathing. The service I have received and the way Alfa has handled this situation is a disgrace. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. The most recent problem that I sit with is the new wiring harness that took 2 months to get here. Once it needed to be installed, it was lost then found and then turned out to be the incorrect one for my vehicle. In short, I am driving an unsafe vehicle with electrical faults that Alfa South Africa do not how to fix and are not willing to fix as no-one has the decency to pick up a phone and let me know what the solution is.
