Damaged my bmw

Three months ago i took my car to bmw in kimberley for service 3 hours thereafter i was called cause in the workshop they reversed with a x6 in my new bmw 5 series. Attitude of a guy called Tinus was so rude I had to tell him that they bumped my car i did not from them. It was a month of and ordering the wrong bumper can you believe it bmw. After phoning 5 people i was helped by a manager in bloemfontein and i was given a free tyre I am living with the fact the company i speak so fond of cause this is my 4 bmw.i will never buy another one or servuce the two i have in kimberley very bad service and attitude
