I February 2013 I had my car serviced at Renault Paarden Eiland. Apart from the rude receptionist, excessive cost, inconvenience and incomplete service (they didn't have all the parts in stock to do a complete service) they also failed to stamp my service book.
I have been trying for 3 months with numerous emails and phone calls to get Renault to complete this basic task. They gladly took R7 500 from me, but have left me with no record of this service.
It's impossible to complain to the manager (Ivan) because everybody I speak to refuses to put me through to him. I spoke to the manager of the workshop a few days ago and was promised that this would be done. But of course, nothing. I then get a call from Luke saying that Renault would send a driver to stamp the book at 9:00am today. But of course, nothing.
What do I need to do to get Renault's attention and give me what I paid for?
