Contract changed without notice

To whom it concerns

I took out a contract from Nashua mobile Kimberley, on the mtn network

and - four (4) months into the contract mtn/blackberry had some kind of conflict over the whole BIS arrangement, then my contract got affected by the end decision result, and all my downloads as per BIS agreement got changed and I could not download any more songs and so on from the internet.

I took this matter up with Nashua mobile Kimberley and the response were that I should take it up with mtn, so I took the trouble in phoning mtn's service line and from their side the response were that I should take the matter up with Nashua mobile...

so now the question is were does that leave me as a contract holder???

I must say that I am completely dissatisfied and I regret the fact that I took out this contract

please assist in this matter or my next query could move on to the a higher powe
