Imperial Select Multi Franchise
POOR SERVICE

We bought a Ssanyong Kyron about 3 months ago fro Imperial Select. At first the car that we were quoted on and approved on just "dissapeared" when they sent it in for the 7 point check or something. Then we were quoted on the same make of car that was double the price, luckily it was also approved and an OTP was signed. After driving 3 times to Imperial Select Somerset West (60 km from Kleinmond) the contract was eventually signed. Up untill today we still havent received our service books on the car or warranty books and also we havent been refunded for the licence, registration and numberplate fees. We were also told that the car had to be serviced every 20 000km. As the service on the car was getting closer, we phoned the dealership numerous times but didnt get any joy out of them. We took matters in our own hands and went to a service place in Stikland, there they pulled a report which showed that the car was serviced every 10 000km and because of that we skipped a service which we paid for and we saw on the report that the car's gearbox was also replaced and we were never told by the salesman. There are lots of other faults on the car that needs to be fixed to! Please help!!!
