Defected car nearly takes my life

I have been phoning (not that they always answer) and emailing Tata and Drive Car Sales for Three months now about the defected car they sold me. After being told by Tata boss Dawie Gouws that breaks wobble like that when wet I replied again and again that breaks are very bad and if I get into an accident they will be accountable.
On the 5/06/2013 the breaks wobbled and locked on the N2 on a straight road. My car skidded and then rolled injuring me badly but am lucky i am alive. It took for me to put a comment on the Facebook page before they even bothered to get back to me. I requested a loan car because now have no way to get to work and since it was threw the defected car they sold me I thought that only fair. They refused. I am very worried that my car is not the only defected car they have sold and the next person may not be so lucky. Car was full of rust from front to back as well as the smell of petrol the whole time and wobbling breaks which nearly took my life
