Misleading Sales Practices from Imperial Select

I bought a 2009 Ssangyong Kyron with 42K km from Imperial Select in 2012. I took the extended warranty and Service Plan at an addition cost of approximately R20K. Last year, I was asked to pay R37198 to repair faults developed in less than 20K km and I had to park the car off to save for repair cost I thought would have been covered in an extended warranty and service plan. The air conditioner and glow plug warning light is coming on. The total cost of repair came to R40698 for air conditioner and glow plug warning repairs. SA warranty has only approved R3500. I still have the email sent by Imperial Select (Frikkie) which shows the extended warranty cover the cost of the Aircon. However SA warranty now say that there a schedule which says that it is limited to R3500. Also, Theunis the salesman who sold me the car was misleading. I still do not have a jack, wheel spanner and panel in the boot. I have the wrong size spare wheel which cannot fit under the car. Now have to carry it in the boot. I bought the car from Imperial Select thinking I was buying from a reputable company. However, my advise to others to be very wary of dealing with these guys! They are extremely misleading!!
