We bought a Ford from Eastern Cape Motors in November 2011 and up until February 2012 it still hadn't been registered. We eventually registered the car ourselves and they still owe us the R455.59. When we took delivery of the car they just handed the keys over - we now want to service the car and they say we have lost our warranty as the car was not serviced within the first 2500 km - we knew nothing about this and they say they cannot and will not assist us in anyway unless I buy an extended warranty.

The vehicle is has only 10 000 km on it and is hardly used other than to school and back.

We will never buy another car form Eastern Cape Motors again or Ford South Africa.
