STILL NO CAR!!! AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH!!!

On the 6th of Jan I took my Tata Indica LSI into the Glen dealership, however they informed me that they will only be able to book it on work on it on the 7th. Chantal Peacock has been in contact with me ever since then. On Wednesday the 8th she informed me that she has placed the order for my part it will however take 5-7 working days to arrive in SA from India. Last month she contacted me again saying the she has both good and bad news, which one should she start with, I told her bad: she then explained to the that the part arrived however it was the wrong part, some or other mix up with codes. She then informed me that she will be ordering the correct part immediately. 2 Weeks ago I got another call from Chantal, this time she tells me that the estimated arrival date for my part is the 15 Feb 2014. This is more than a month that I am unable to use my motor vehicle, besides it being an extreme inconvenience it is also misleading to the client. I really can't afford to be without a car for so much longer, Can TATA or THE GLEN supply me with a courtesy vehicle until mine is working again.
I urge you to please look into this case? I am very unhappy with the TATA customer care!!!
