I had a garment imported for my mums birthday on sunday 16th of june. I was leaving to durban on the 14th of June, however when I got home my parcel had not arrived. I called the call centre at 15h00 to enquire where my paecel was. The lady indicated the driver had until 17h00 to bring my parcel, so I delayed my departure to durban awaiting my parcel. At 16h00 I called to inform ups I had to leave home shortly, and should the driver arrive in my absence to call me.

The agent placed me on hold 4times for a total of 16min on my bill only to inform me my parcel will only arrive on the 18th due to the high volume of deliveries.

They have absolute disrespect for my time and have completely inconvenienced my long weekend. This is a total breach of my rights as a consumer.

The agent made no effort to rectify their mess up and Tuesday is just too late. My wellbeing has been infringed on and no-one is prepared to compensate my phone calls and my lost time.
