Illegally withholding my logbook and L plates

In April 2013, I purchased a vehicle from CMH.The car was brought to my home for me to view by Alistar which I liked. My vehicle which I was trading in was viewed, all present faults on my vehicle revealed. The next day I received an email with a trade in offer as is. I was given the difference via email to be paid in, in order for the vehicle to go in for COR.I paid the full amount cash via EFT.Before I made the payment Alistar's Manager Anthony came to my home to do a 2nd evaluation on my vehicle, on testing the convertible roof got stuck, we again told him the faults and had told him that we had just recently repaired the roof with Peugeot pine town which is still under warrantee and we will got it sorted.on the 25th April we took delivery, we handed our vehicle in mechanically working order and picked our new vehicle. we were told the Merc (new car) manual, spare key, log book and license will be sent to us in the next two days by alistar to our home. To this date we have received none.1 week later Anthony contacts me to say they have a problem with the roof of the traded in vehicle and wants the merc back. I have received threats via email from craig and his withholding my logbook etc.
