I am absolutely disgraced by the service I received from this company on 14 Feb 2013. I ordered something special for my wife and to my surprise, at 16:30 when I picked her up, no delivery. I contacted your customer care and they did mention that they are behind with deliveries and that would take my home address and deliver the items there. The lady mentioned that you will be there till late due to the issue and I can call back later to confirm delivery. I called back 19:00 and got hold of an answering machine... Now that is what I call customer service...

Guess what, the delivery to my home address did not happen either.

I called this morning at 08:00 and was told the driver left early this morning and that the parcel will be there within an hour. It is now 11:17 and I am currently busy with your call centre waiting for the next excuse as the driver STILL have the parcel with him and it should be delivered shortly.

Thank you for spoiling my valentine's day.

My rights as a paying customer is to get the best service when I pay for that service which in this case did not happen. If the company cannot provide the service as advertised then it should not be offered!
