Late delivery and failing to provide feedback

Good day

I spoke to Clinton a week agoi and each time he promises to get back to me. The dealership ordered a doorhandle and a gascert for my GWM4x2 bakkie. Does not keep me in loop and it's a case of bad service. All I need to know has the parts arrived because I am in the process of selling my vehicle and this is casing a dealy.
