We have asked the repairer to send our bakkie to us as the excess and repair cost is ridiculous. We will repair it ourselves. Upon delivery and when we wanted to start fixing we noticed parts from our vehicle that has gone missing, we have contacted Zama over and over again, have asked her and left millions of messages for her to phone my husband on 083 305 4040. WE CANNOT FIX OUR BAKKIE WITHOUT THE PARTS THAT WE ORIGINALLY ON THE BAKKIE!!! and therefore we cannot give the AVIS bakkie back. I want this resolved as soon as possible.
