MAHINDRA - CHEAP VEHICLES CHEAP ATTITUDE

My Mahindra was in an accident on 22/07/2013 and was slightly damaged but drive-able. On 01/08/2013 the panalbeatesrs told me the parts arrived and I took my bakkie in for repairs. They informed me later that one of the parts was not the one they ordered and another one was ordered. It is now longer than 4 months and guess what, the wrong part arrived again today... 17 weeks later? Mahindra SA is the worst company ever and don't care about customer care at all. Struggling along without my bakkie (I am a handyman/ contractor) is very frustrating. As soon as the vehicle is fixed, I am buying a Toyota, Ford Nissan or Isuzu!!! (Needless to say that myself, the panel eater, the assessor made numerous calls to Mahindra to try and get the part)
