WORST DEARLERSHIP TO BUY A CAR FROM . NO SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS. I BOUGHT A NISSAN NAVARA FROM ANDRE HOFMEYR IN THE BEGINNING OF MARCH 2013. IN LESS THAN A WEEK I NOTICE A HANDFUL OF PROBLEMS. BRAKES NOT REPLACED, SHOCKS LEAKING, RADIO NOT WORKING, ETC. I WENT TO SEE ANDRE TO GET THIS MATTER SORTED. HE TOLD ME IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED BY NISSAN WHEN IT WENT FOR THE SERVICES. I CONTACT THE NISSAN DEALERSHIP AND WAS GIVEN THE JOB CARD WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS. IT STATED THAT CENTURION SELECT WILL FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS .WHEN I HEARD THIS I EMAILED ANDRE WANTING ANSWERS. ALL I GOT WAS A LOUSY '' I WILL GET THIS TO THE RELEVANT PEOPLE'' ONE WEEK LATER I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM ANDRE. I SENT HIM ANOTHER EMAIL ASKING WHAT IS HAPPENING. ONCE AGAIN HE DID NOT REPLY.I HAVE BEEN DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE AND A SPARE WHEEL FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS.
I WAS FORCED TO GET THE MANAGEMENT INVOLVED. I EMAILED STAN JONES (DEALER PRINCIPAL) AND STEPHAN WATTS (AFTER SALES MANAGER). TO MY SURPRISE NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO MY MAIL. THIS DEALERSHIP HAS THE WORST SERVICE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THEM.
