PATHETIC SERVICE

My Car was taken to BMW Auto Glen today, I must say the service there is really pathetic! I had to keep calling and checking up on the status of my car, and they still haven't check the car or offered a courtesy car and my car is under warranty. I never expected such bad customer service from BMW and Am surely disappointed considering I have a R500k car and get such bad customer service. I get better service from Toyota then from these guys. I will surely not be purchasing another BMW and cant wait to move to Mercedes where they treat their clients like gold. Please work on your costumer services skills as well as maybe returning one of many calls I tried making to Francios and Serjo with a follow up on my car!!!
