I bought Audi A3 at Audi Centurion and the sales guys (Kobus and Dave) were excellent. He made sure the car was delivered in time and kept me informed throughtout the purchase stages. After i bought that car, Audi kept on making follow calls to see if i'm enjoying my vorsprung and if all is okay. That made me feel like a valued customer and im certain i'll be loyal to the Audi brand. One Monday i took my car for service and i was assisted by Andre. He delivered as promised and im a happy customer. Surely this is what customer service is all about and i was happy to get a courtesy call from the customer service manager checking if i was happy with the service.
Please keep up the good work and i'll spread the word out there. When i up-grade, i will come to you guys. You are passionate about what you're doing and you know how to treat customers
