Poor & dismissive attitude

Our C320 CDI Mercedes Benz has 55, 000 kms on the odometer & has broken down 5 times in the last 5 months, We feel this is excessive & the response from Maritime Motors has been "Buy a new car" We have spoken to numerous people at Maritime & on last occasion wrote to the CEO who promptly handed the complaint to the sales manager. The sales manager said " You have a Maintenance Contract so what are you worrying about. My point is that a car of this calibre should not break down 5 times in five months as it is serviced & looked after by Maritime.
