It is with great regret that i have to report this matter to you and take it this far. I purchased an i20 Fluid in May 2013 and took Delivery on 16 May 2013. We had a few problems soughting everything out but eventually took delivery. Even though the dealings with Magan were not great, i sent a letter of compliment to the whole team at Hyundai Bedfordview. Type of person i am. I had a chrome gear lever ordered via my contract and was advised that it would take about 15 working days to get. In the interim there are a few rattles that need to be fixed. Magen has promised on numerous occasions to come back to me and has not. One promise after the next. I've tried to contact him the whole week and have left messages. I eventually got hold of his Manager yesterday and explained the situation. When i spoke to him about the gear lever he knew nothing about it. I again phoned today and spoke to Magen and he promised to come back to me. You guessed it. Not even nearly. So i went there. He advised me he's leaving tomorrow. We went down to the parts department where we spoke to a gentleman. Totally unhhelpful and chewing gum with an open mouth. I stormed out in disgust. Good luck to BMW Maggs
