FORGOT ABOUT HIS APPOINTMENT

I phoned Maxiflex requesting to speak to the person responsible for their advertising. I left a message to call me which Bram Jansen did. I requested a date and time for an appoint to drive from Pretoria to Kempton Park and I also send him a meeting request which he accepted.

We had an appointment on 11 July 2013 at 10:00. I phoned 3 times for directions and ask the receptionist to give Bram a message that I'm on my way. Why did she not tell me he is not in??? I could have turned around, but no when I arrived a lady employee came from the back to tell me he forgot about our appointment and is actually in Pretoria. I've got a very hectic schedule and cannot handle unprofessional service. He did not even phone back for an apology! Wonder how is his service if he doesn't respect other peoples time and money!
